No refund policy: All payments for Scout licenses are final and non-refundable. Please use the free trial run to evaluate Scout before purchasing.
All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Prices are in INR and charged to your payment method in INR.
Payments are processed by Razorpay (Razorpay Software Private Limited), a licensed payment aggregator regulated by the Reserve Bank of India. We do not store your card details, bank account information, or any other payment credentials. By making a payment, you agree to Razorpay's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
Upon successful payment, your license key is generated automatically and sent to the email address used at checkout. Your license is personal and non-transferable. Using your license key on multiple devices is permitted as long as it is used by you alone.
You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time through your Razorpay subscription management link (included in your subscription confirmation email). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You retain access until then. No partial-month refunds are issued.

We offer a free trial precisely so you can evaluate Scout before paying. We encourage you to use it. If you experience a billing error on our part (duplicate charge, charge after cancellation, etc.), contact us within 7 days and we will investigate and correct any confirmed error.
Monthly subscriptions renew automatically on the same date each month. Razorpay will attempt to charge your saved payment method. If the charge fails, Razorpay will retry up to 3 times before halting your subscription. You will receive email notice of any failed payment.
We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with 30 days' notice. Price changes do not affect the current billing period. Lifetime license holders are not affected by price changes — their access is permanent at no additional cost.
Gift keys are single-use, non-refundable, and cannot be transferred once claimed. Gift keys provide the same access as a Lifetime license.
