Scout is a small team, so support isn't a ticket queue—it's a real person reading your email. Email hello@agentco.in with what happened, and we'll get back to you, usually within a day.
Before you email us
A lot of the issues we hear about have a quick answer below—worth a 30-second check first.
Make sure you’re on the job’s own page (not a search results list), then refresh the page once and reopen the extension. If it still doesn’t detect the job, email us the job URL and we’ll add support for that site—this is the fastest way to get it fixed for you and everyone after you.
Cancel any time from Settings in your dashboard—your access continues through the end of the period you already paid for, it doesn’t end immediately. For a refund, just email us and tell us what happened; we handle these individually rather than through an automated policy.
Check spam/promotions for an email from Scout by AgentCo. Sign-in on the web app uses a one-time code sent to your email, not a password—if a code doesn’t arrive within a couple of minutes, email us the address you’re trying to sign in with and we’ll look into it directly.
The plugin runs on your own machine, so it needs your computer on and the terminal session alive to keep working. If a run stops partway or a step fails, check the terminal output first—most issues show up there directly. If it’s still unclear, email us the error text and we’ll help debug it.
Tell us what you saw (a screenshot helps a lot) and which run or role it was on. We read every report personally and most fixes ship within days, not weeks.
